90 minutes yoga practice
30 minutes healthy snack break
90 minutes creative photography
The purpose of this workshop is to get you in the perfect space and frame of mind where creativity flows freely and inspiration can be found in the moment. At Haven we believe that everyone has the ability to express oneself creatively and our workshops are designed to assist in unlocking this self-expression. The first portion of the workshop is a yoga class guided by Tania, certified yoga instructor and therapist. The flow is designed to release tension and calm the mind so participants can connect with their creative self. A healthy snack will then be served and participants will have the opportunity to relax and get to know one another. In the last portion of the workshop, Liana, portrait and lifestyle photographer, will share her experience, passion and point of view on creating with the still frame. Tips to unlock your creativity and compose compelling images will be provided. Participants will have a chance to create, collaborate and share their creations.
*No experience required. Yoga mats and props will be supplied. iPhones, digital cameras and DSLRs are welcome. Please dress in comfortable clothing suitable for exercise.
