Embody: A Yoga & Nutrition Workshop

A one-day workshop exploring yoga, meditation, and whole food plant-based nutrition. Giving you the tools to adopt and integrate healthy, enjoyable and sustainable practices into your daily life. Nourish yourself, and cultivate greater balance - through movement, meditation, and healthy eating!

LEARN | PLAY | SHARE

  • Reconnect to your body and settle the mind through a hatha yoga practice (all levels welcome) and develop breath awareness.

  • Let yourself be guided through a mediation practice, cultivating the present moment.

  • Explore the foundations of whole food plant-based nutrition.

  • Discover how to prepare simple, delicious and nutritious desserts.

ITINERARY

Morning session: Hatha yoga and developing breath awareness. Presentation on the foundations of Whole Food Plant-Based nutrition.


Lunch: A delicious and nutritious meal catered by Le Kitchen!


Afternoon session: Healthy dessert demo and tasting. Walking meditation, and yoga nidra - to guide you into deep relaxation.

  Danielle Levy, R.H.N, N.C is a Registered Holistic Nutrition practitioner, based in Montreal. She is a graduate of Bauman College, and the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition (CSNN). Her integrative and comprehensive approach to optimal nutrition focuses on a whole food, plant-based diet, and a balanced lifestyle.   Stella Artuso, M.Sc, RYT 500 is a Yoga instructor with a background in Public Health. For many years her adventurous nature brought her to work and travel across a variety of different landscapes. Stella eventually made her way back to Montreal where she undertook a Yoga Teacher Training at NAADA yoga. Further training and teaching opportunities lead her to Mexico and Morocco.
