All packages include: a 15-minute planning call, on-set direction, and an online gallery with high-resolution digital files as well as fine art print products for purchase. Hair, makeup, wardrobe styling and social media content creation are available for an additional fee.

Custom design with material and paper of your choice. For your grandchildren to flip through one day. From $185.
Once the final photos have been uploaded to your online gallery, you can seamlessly order through that same link and have it delivered to your door. If you need any guidance during the process, we’re happy to offer an artwork consultation call.
OUR PROCESS
01 The Discovery Call
After booking, we schedule a 15-minute video call to introduce ourselves and talk wardrobe, location, vibe. Feel free to ask any questions that come to mind.
02 The Session
You show up with your loved ones. We show up with our equipment and creative vision, ready to guide you the whole way through. Yup, it’s that easy and enjoyable.
03 The Online Gallery
Within 1 week, we send you the link to a private proof gallery to make your image selection. You can then expect another week to receive the final edits.
04 The Heirlooms
Once you’ve received the final edits, you will also get access to our online print shop, where you can easily preview various products from wooden frames to photo albums, and place your order to be delivered to your door.

Choose Organic or Intimate if: you’re drawn to candid, natural moments and know you & your loved ones will feel most comfortable in a familiar space.
Choose Classic or Premium if: you love refined studio portraits and want to treat yourself to an fashion-inspired photography experience.
Choose Bespoke if: you’re looking for something totally personalized, have already started working on a moodboard and want to collaborate on bringing that creative vision to life.

Sessions are booked online through our website’s automated system.
There, you can select your package as well as a date, fill out the intake form, and pay your deposit (balance is due the day of our session).
We will then reach out via email to schedule a 15-minute “discovery” video call to prepare for your special day.

Cancellations are not possible once the deposit has been paid. However, in case of emergency, rescheduling is possible with 48 hours notice.

In the event of rain, it is possible to reschedule the shoot at a mutally convenient time. We’ll be checking in about the weather forecast 24-48 hours before your shoot in order to make a decision together. (Then again, if you’re up for the adventure, rain can make for some beautiful photos too!)

Our bright, cozy and full-equipped production studio is located in Montreal’s Mile Ex neighborhood. Exact address and other details will be provided upon booking.

Yes, we’re happy to travel anywhere within Montreal! Further travel is possible, for ex Laval, North and South Shore, but may incur an additional fee (approx. $3/km).

We’ve prepared a styling guide for that! Which will be sent to you after booking.
For Bespoke sessions, we can work with you to provide personalized styling direction or, if you prefer, you can book a stylist who will source wardrobe pieces for an additional fee.

Yes, we provide guidance and support to put you at ease before clicking the shutter and throughout the shoot!
For documentary sessions, we alternate between quietly observing and providing prompts that allow natural interactions to unfold.
For studio sessions, we provide refined direction inspired by fashion photography while ensuring you feel comfortable and natural.
Our work is rooted in creating a space where you feel seen and honoured. The goal isn’t perfection; it’s connection.

They don’t have to. Our approach embraces real life. And some of the most meaningful images come from the in-between moments.
We follow your children’s lead and allow space for movement, emotion, personality. We want them to feel free expressing themselves rather than be preoccupied about their behaviour.
And if ever they need a break, don’t hesitate to ask!

For studio sessions, however, you’ll need to check with us in advance.

Yes, additional photos are available for purchase starting at $50 each.

Each package includes high-resolution digital files for personal use. However, we recommend ordering through our professional print shop to ensure archival quality and accurate color reproduction.

Yes, we love when you share! We simply ask that you visibly give credit to HAVEN Families.
We may also share select images along with behind-the-scenes footage from our session on our website and social media channels for promotional purposes.
